House Rules
Only an adult person may make a reservation.
The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests staying in the apartment.
Children may stay in the apartment only under constant adult supervision.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other smoking products.
Parties and gatherings disturbing the peace are not allowed.
Outside visitors are not allowed without the owner’s prior consent.
Subletting the apartment to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Only the number of guests declared during the reservation may stay in the apartment.
If additional undeclared guests are found, the owner may charge PLN 100 per extra person for each started day, payable immediately.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible only upon prior agreement with the owner and subject to availability.
Parking is guaranteed only for selected apartments, according to the information shown in the offer.
Guests must immediately report any malfunction, damage or irregularity noticed in the apartment.
The fee for a lost access card is PLN 100 per card.
If the toilet requires unclogging due to improper use, the guest may be charged PLN 400.
In case of smoking inside the apartment, the guest may be charged PLN 2000 for odor removal, ozone treatment, cleaning and temporary loss of rental use.
Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage, destruction or vandalism. Payment must be made within 7 days from the payment request.
A security deposit may be required individually before the stay.
In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the owner has the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund for the unused part of the stay.
By making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read the House Rules and the Booking and Cancellation Terms, and accepts their content. Reserving an apartment means acceptance of the applicable rules of stay, payment, cancellation and liability set out in these terms.
