Data and collection points

We may process your name, email address, telephone number, selected apartment, stay dates, number of guests, message, billing details and booking information. Technical data such as an IP address may be processed when the website is displayed, a form is submitted or the external map is voluntarily loaded.

Purposes and legal grounds

• answering an enquiry, preparing an offer and managing a booking — pre-contractual steps and contract performance;
• billing and accounting — legal obligation;
• website security, correspondence and legal claims — legitimate interests;
• measuring traffic and basic interactions with Google Analytics 4 — voluntary consent;
• loading Google Maps — the user's voluntary action.

Recipients and providers

Recipients may include GitHub Pages hosting, Cloudflare CDN/DNS and security services, FormSubmit, email, IT support and accounting providers. After consent, technical and interaction data may be sent to Google through Google Analytics 4. Google Maps receives technical data only after the map-loading button is selected.

IdoBooking reservation system

When a visitor selects dates and opens the booking calendar, a connection is made to the external IdoBooking system. The service provider may process technical data required to operate the service and information entered during the booking process, in particular contact details, stay details and — depending on the method selected — data required to initiate or handle a payment. This processing supports availability checks, conclusion and management of the booking, and payment processing. More information is available in the IdoBooking privacy and security policy.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer should rely on a mechanism under Chapter V GDPR appropriate to that provider, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained until the correspondence ends and then for the time necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Booking and accounting data is retained for the period required by law.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.

Voluntary data and automation

Providing data is voluntary, but missing required information may prevent us from replying or managing a booking. We do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
