Data we process

Depending on how you contact us, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, selected apartment, stay dates, number of guests, message content, billing details and information required to manage the booking.

Purposes and legal grounds

responding to enquiries, preparing an offer and making a booking — steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of a contract;
managing the stay and organisational contact — performance of a contract;
issuing and retaining accounting documents — compliance with the controller’s legal obligations;
security, establishing, pursuing or defending claims and managing correspondence — the controller’s legitimate interests.

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of website hosting, online form handling, email services, IT support and accounting services, only to the extent required for the relevant purpose. The website form uses the external FormSubmit service and forwards the enquiry to the controller’s email inbox.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained until the correspondence is complete and then for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Booking and accounting data is retained for periods required by law and until any related claims become time-barred.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object where permitted by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide fields marked as required may prevent us from responding or managing your booking.

Automated decisions

The controller does not make decisions about users solely by automated means and does not use profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects a user.
