Booking & cancellation
The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit or the full stay amount, according to the terms agreed during booking.
The full amount due for the stay must be credited to the owner’s bank account no later than on the day of check-in.
Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the reservation.
If cancelled up to 2 days before the planned arrival date, the amount paid is refundable.
If cancelled one day before arrival or on the day of arrival, the payment is non-refundable unless the owner decides otherwise.
For non-refundable rates, the guest is charged the full reservation amount. In case of cancellation or no-show, the paid amount is not refunded.
In the event of a no-show on the first day of the stay, the payment is forfeited unless the owner decides otherwise.
Changing the stay dates is possible only after prior agreement with the owner and subject to apartment availability.
By making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read the House Rules and the Booking and Cancellation Terms, and accepts their content. Reserving an apartment means acceptance of the applicable rules of stay, payment, cancellation and liability set out in these terms.
